When paying by credit card go to the section "Don't have a PayPal account?"
After clicking "Proceed to Checkout".
Choose the correct state for your payment. Use the drop down selection of prices to add any combination of price selections that will add up to the total
amount you want to pay with the "Add to Cart" button then click "View
Cart" you will see the total amount you want to pay. Click "Proceed to
Checkout" to pay the invoice. After clicking "Proceed to
Checkout". You can use a quantity with each payment selection. Ex. If
you select $100.00 and need to pay $200.00 you can add the quantity of
2 for the $100.00 selection.
