InnoScript will choose the files it finds in this order:

1 - If in Unsafe Mode, InnoScript will search the system folder. In Safe Mode this search will not be done.

2 - Search any folder where any previous files were found followed by each folder in the Search Path Area. The program will not search sub folders or folders included in the Excluded Folders Areas

3 - If files are found that need to be registered, InnoScript will use the location of where the file is registered on that machine unless you give an alternate location in the search path of where to find the files to be used. If the file is in the Add Files area then the selected location will be used instead of other locations even if the file was registered from a different location on that machine.
