Yes, That is exactly what I mean. You can reference them the same exact way you referenced version 11 in your a current application.

Just to make sure that I understand you correctly....I need to install the XI_5 .msi file supplied by your site onto my development machine. How do I 'then reference them' from the CR component used in my application???? } |

We once used to support the CR XI files but there was a problem with XI that is why version XI_5 was released and we dropped the support for XI so we no longer have the files for XI. If you want to use XI_5 all you need to do is to install the support installation on your development machine then reference them. |

Where can I get a copy of the Crystal Reports RDC .msi files for version 11.0. Your site provides the install .msi for version 11.5 which, when used with Innosetup, does not work for applications using version 11.0. Version 11.0 looks for the .dll files in ...\Common Files\Business Objects\bin\3.0......not in ....\Program Files\Business Objects\........3.5 which is where the 11.5 .msi files places all the .dll's etc. The .msn files supplied with my version of Crystal reports work fine with Installware6 (supplied with RAD Studio 2007) but I can't use them with InnoSetup which is my preferred installer....need the .msi files I use Rad Studio 2007 (Delphi) for my applications and do not have anything to convert the Crystal Reports .msn files to .msi. Please help. Bill |
