I just purchased InnoScript and received my license info. I pasted the registration code and private key into the appropriate boxes and then hit the OK button. When I do that all I get is a "License Not Registered" message. What is the deal?

Aloha Darren,

We have tried your License information and it does indeed work. Could you tell us more about how you entered the information. Did you enter you Name and Organization information also? You must enter all information exactly as sent (upper/lower case does matter).

I am an idiot! I didn't realize that the user name and organization fields were also part of the registration process. When I filled in all the fields with the info you sent me everything worked okay. Thanks for your help!
