No, you cannot edit the script. You will have to use Inno Setup, ISTools or another editor to do that.

InnoScript's scripts can only be altered by using the template procedure to modify a script upon generation. You should use this feature when you have to re-generate your scripts or you will be generating a few scripts with common features.
